About us
1st Drive was established in 1999 by myself, a fully qualified Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor. I started out being trained by and then working for a well known North East driving school, but became tired of the way they were more interested in making money for themselves than helping people learn to drive, so I decided to start up on my own offering people high quality driving tuition at competitive prices.
With years of experience and hundreds of passes behind me, to this day 1st Drive is still going strong because i believe in quality, not quantity. I am also fluent in Bengali, Urdu & able to manage lessons in Kurdish, so languge should not be a barrier.
I would like to and thank all the pupils who have passed with me over the years and wish all my future pupils every success with their driving lessons and tests.
